Marlow Thomas

Site Administrator

Marlow is the Site Manager at One Deerfield Place, a 97 unit affordable senior housing development. She has over 20 years of property management experience and and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to One Deerfield Place. Marlow is responsible for all building operations, compliance, and tenant certifications. She is a Certified Occupancy Specialist.

Rose Russo

Asset Management Director

Rose has been in the housing industry for over 20 years, specializing in Regulatory Compliance with various Federal Housing programs. Rose oversees management of all of HODC-managed properties. She holds several Compliance Certifications including the Housing Compliance Certified Professional (HCCP).

Sandie Bowman

Service Coordinator

Sandie Bowman has been an Admissions Counselor with Trinity International University for many years. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Trinity in 2009. Sandie also earned a Masters in Social Work with a concentration in Gerontology form George Williams College in Williams Bay, Wisconsin in 2014. Her work at Captain James A. Lovell Veteran's facility in North Chicago was instrumental in shaping her love for social work and serving seniors.

Roger Veis

Maintenance Engineer

Ed is responsible for building maintenance at One Deerfield Place. He brings over 30 years of maintenance experience to One Deerfield Place. Roger is responsible for building repairs and maintenance.

Building Specialist

Sawsan helps to keep One Deerfield a beautiful and welcoming residential property.
