Pat Swift,

Site Manager

Pat is the Site Manager at One Deerfield Place, a 97 unit affordable senior housing development. She has over 30 years of property management experience and has been at One Deerfield Place since 1994. Pat is responsible for all building operations, compliance, and tenant certifications. She is an Illinois Licensed Leasing Agent and Certified Occupancy Specialist.

Charlotte Sanders

Assistant Property Manager

Charlotte Sanders joined HODC in September 2018, to assist the manager in various duties associated with affordable housing at One Deerfield Place. She is a certified Affordable Housing Manager, and Illinois Licensed Leasing Agent, with 10 years experience in senior housing. As the Assistant Property Manger, she will manage all recertifications.

Rose Russo,

Asset Management Director

Rose has been in the housing industry for over 20 years, specializing in Regulatory Compliance with various Federal Housing programs. Rose oversees management of all of HODC-managed properties. She holds several Compliance Certifications including the Housing Compliance Certified Professional (HCCP). Rose was named the Illinois Housing Development Authority's Property Manager of the Year in 2018.

Sandie Bowman

Service Coordinator

Sandie Bowman has been an Admissions Counselor with Trinity International University for many years. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Trinity in 2009. Sandie also earned a Masters in Social Work with a concentration in Gerontology form George Williams College in Williams Bay, Wisconsin in 2014. Her work at Captain James A. Lovell Veteran's facility in North Chicago was instrumental in shaping her love for social work and serving seniors.

Edward Esquivel,

Maintenance Engineer

Ed is responsible for building maintenance at One Deerfield Place. He has over 30 years of maintenance experience and has been at One Deerfield Place since 1999. Ed is responsible for building repairs and maintenance.
